Plumlo provides AI-powered interview preparation services, including simulated voice interviews conducted by an AI recruiter ("Alex") and scored debriefs based on job descriptions you provide.
All payments are one-time and non-refundable. Sessions are purchased in advance and do not expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
All sales are final. Because sessions are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at hueformspace@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer our systems, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or resell access to the service without written permission.
Interview questions and debriefs are generated by artificial intelligence. Plumlo does not guarantee employment outcomes. Results are for preparation purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional career advice.
All content, branding, and technology on plumlo.com is owned by Plumlo. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your session. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under California law. You waive any right to a class action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
